ABOUT GOOD SHEPHERD ACADEMY FOR BOYS
The Good Shepherd Academy for Boys helps The Foundation for Strengthening Families narrow the wealth and achievement gap through education. Our academy is the first of its kind in the country to specifically educate young black males from low-income households. Through our unique curriculum and dedicated faculty, we strive to instill a love of learning in our students and prepare them for success in all aspects of life.
CLUBS & ACTIVITIES
At Good Shepherd Academy, we offer a variety of clubs and activities to enrich our students' educational experience. From sports teams to art classes, our extracurricular programs encourage our students to explore their interests and develop their talents. We believe that these activities are an essential part of a well-rounded education and help our students to grow both academically and personally.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
We understand that many of our students come from families with busy schedules, which is why we offer a range of after-school programs to support our families and ensure that our students have a safe and engaging environment to spend their time. Our after-school programs include homework help, tutoring, and enrichment activities, all of which are designed to reinforce the knowledge and skills our students learn in the classroom.
